Throughout 2025-26, Kolen has edited advertisements for commercial clients along with democratic candidates and organizations. Below is a sample of recent work spanning narrative and documentary style. The spots below consist of Democratic candidates in competitive primary races, an ad for an astronaut running for the U.S. Senate that was written up in the New York Times, and two dramatic spots for The Save America Movement.
